A Brew created just for the Brill Festival, a crisp Golden beer, refreshing with a dryness from the late addition of hops.
We hope we are not tempting fate, but this special is called Summer Storm. Russet in colour, with a rich floral flavour and aroma. Northdown, Crystal and Chinook hops combine to offer a mix of flavours including tangerine and grapefruit.

Lightly bitter, subtly floral, and buzzing with zesty citrus, soft fruits and spices – it benefits greatly from the Cascade hop from which it takes it’s name.
A yeast strain used for the brewing of the pale dry American Ales was specially imported from the USA, along with some Chinook and Centennial hops, to produce this pale ale. The pale Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops.
