Anyone who has strolled across the playing fields at any time over the last few months will be well aware that the changes at the Brill Sports & Social Club pavilion have been dramatic.
Walls have been demolished, an extension constructed, many new windows have been fitted along with radical improvements to the kitchen facilities, the toilets and the general decor of the building. Central heating has been installed, along with a lot of new wiring and plastering. The deck outside the pavilion has been a huge hit - especially with parents who bring their youngsters along for cricket practice on Thursday evenings.
All in all, the work which has been carried out (much of it by volunteers) has made a massive improvement to the pavilion facilities - and it is intended for these improvements to continue. The Beer Festival is a crucial event for raising money to cover the costs of these improvements. Your support has been wonderful, and we hope you'll continue to come to our events.
